USE IN A MASSAGE BLEND
Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of a blending oil such as Sweet Almond or Jojoba.
USE IN AN AROMA SPA DIFFUSER
Add 3-5 drops of essential oils to 100ml of water. These oils can be mixed with water and used in an oil burner.
USE IN BATH
Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil and swirl into the bath water.
CREATING A ROOM SPRAY
For a 60ml/2oz bottle, add 10-15 drops of essential oil into the spray bottle. Using a small funnel, add 1tsp of salt (Himalayan salt works well).
Fill bottle with distilled water – not right to top (allow a bit of space for the sprayer parts). Add sprayer top and shake well before each use.
