When opening the lid, please fix the Spiral lid by hand then rotate it counterclockwise.Be aware of the capacity of the liquid you pour, should not exceed 2/3 of the cup body to avoid spilling.The use temperature of the cup is -25° to 60°, and please do NOT pour the hot water into the cup.

What is the capacity of the slushy cup?

The built-in capacity of the slushy maker cup is 8oz. Please add no more than 8 oz of beverage each time during DIY.

Why can’t smoothies be made quickly?

Please ensure that the cup is frozen (usually below -17℃ or 1.7℉ in the refrigerator). Secondly, it is recommended to refrigerate the beverage in advance. The colder the beverage, the shorter the time it takes to make the smoothie.

Can the slushie cup be cleaned in the dishwasher?

The cup body and interior can only be washed by hand with running water, using soft tools such as a sponge brush. Please avoid using metal or sharp tools to clean the inner bag. Other accessories can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

What should I do if the screw cap or the interior separates from the cup?

What’s inside the inner bag?

It is safe and edible salt water. lf the inner bag is broken, please stop using it.
