PINES Wheat Grass and Barley Grass grow on our own family farms in Kansas. We grow our products in nutrient-rich, certified-organic, glacial soil for nearly 200 days and only fed by natural rainwater. During most of that time, the temperatures are below freezing at night and sometimes below freezing during the day. This slow growth in cold temperatures is natural to the plant and results in a very dark green vegetable.

Ingredients:
1 cup cashews (soaked in water overnight to soften)1 cup cilantro2 teaspoons barley powder1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon garlicSalt and pepper to taste1 tablespoon nutritional yeast½ cup water to blend (add more if needed to thin it out)
Blend it all together until smooth and creamy!

Ingredients:
1 cup pitted and soaked dates 1⁄2 cup oats 2 teaspoons wheatgrass powder 1 tablespoon cacao powder 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Directions:
1) Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until an even dough is formed.
2) Roll into individual balls and roll in cacao powder.
3) Chill in the fridge and enjoy!
